Fish-based products are Anambas’ signature dishes since the area is surrounded by sea. Mie Tarempa and Luti Gendang are the most popular ones. Mie Tarempa is an Indonesian noodle recipe with fish toppings while Luti Gendang is a fried snack stuffed with fish floss.
